On this website we have numerous resources available including primary and secondary historical resources. We regularly update the website as content becomes digitalised, and we receive permission to publish resources or to share links to resources published elsewhere.
If you are an educator or a student interested in disarmament, peace studies, the history of the peace and nuclear free movement in Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific, and the history of peace leaders we encourage you to delve into the website.
On our legacy website we also have available many historical resources about Aotearoa New Zealand peace stories focusing on individuals and peace groups.
We have had two resources become available in the past month.
Tau Te Mauri – Breath of Peace: This feature-length documentary from Kathleen Gallagher tells the story of how Aotearoa New Zealand became nuclear free and anti-war.
Peace Squadron The Sharp End of Nuclear Protest in New Zealand, by Tom Newnham details the story of the Peace Squadron.
